Ordering by Phone
If you prefer to place your order by phone rather than through our Web site, please call

We do not use a fulfillment center – all calls are handled personally.  Calls received outside of normal business operating hours will be routed to our voice mail.  If you are calling during normal business hours and you are routed to our voice mail, we are either out of the office or assisting another TUNA fan.  Messages left on our voice mail will be returned as promptly as possible.  We thank you in advance for your patience!

International Orders

We welcome TUNA fans from any location.  If you would like to place an order to be shipped to a destination outside of the United States, please contact us via e-mail at gtgs@greatertuna.com or via telephone at 512-328-8862.  We will be in touch with you to make arrangements regarding the best shipping method and related shipping charges. Any duties or custom charges are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my order?

Our goal is to ship every order within 5 business days. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience dramatic and unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, we do everything in our power to respond, but order delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Back Orders

These frustrate us as much as they do you, but this situation is sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we'll let you know. If we don't supply the back ordered merchandise to you soon enough, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.

Your online payment for your Web order is transmitted across the Internet using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that all of the data is encrypted and for all practical purposes cannot be intercepted by any third party. If any product is not satisfactory, please let us know. You can return it for a full refund or replacement. Although a rare occurrence, occasionally a DVD might be defective.  If you find this to be the case, please notify us and we will send you a replacement right away.  We want you to be pleased with your purchase!
